Mr. Suhas Basakhetre is a celebrated name in the HR industry, boasting over 30 years of invaluable experience in the realms of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Human Resource Management, further enhancing his expertise.

With eight years of dedicated service in the field, Mr. Basakhetre pursued his passion and established Prompt Personnel Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in 1997. Under his visionary leadership, the company evolved into a prominent PAN India HR Solutions provider, transcending the boundaries of a conventional consultancy service.

Mr. Basakhetre is sought after by numerous organisations for his insightful counsel on matters pertaining to Industrial and HR issues. His adeptness has proven instrumental in facilitating SMEs in the seamless management of internal conflicts and the cultivation of robust industrial relations. He actively engages in wage negotiations with unions, contributing significantly to the resolution of complex industrial matters. His extensive experience and strong rapport with government authorities have enabled him to effectively represent multiple organizations before esteemed bodies such as the Labour Commissioner, Regional PF Commissioner, and Regional ESI Director.

Monisha Basakhetre, a seasoned Executive Director with a remarkable 17-year journey in Human Resources, currently spearheads our Internal HR Department at Prompt Personnel. Her responsibilities encompass Training and development, Employee Relations, Sourcing, and our dedicated pursuit of GPTW recognition. Monisha’s expansive network and astute leadership are instrumental in driving our company’s substantial growth.

Monisha Basakhetre, our Executive Director, brings a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resource Management, boasting more than 17 years in the industry. She is a highly qualified professional with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Institute of Labour Law and Management, reflecting her commitment to excellence in her field.

Monisha’s journey with Prompt Personnel commenced with her leadership of the temporary staffing division, a role she excelled in for over a decade. During this time, she played a pivotal role in the successful management of the Managed Services Contract with one of the leading telecom companies. Her contributions were instrumental in overseeing a survey across India for Tata Communications Ltd. (TCL), where she helped identify High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clusters in metropolitan and first-class cities across India.

Throughout her career at Prompt Personnel, Monisha Basakhetre has been a key player in fortifying our client base, spanning diverse sectors such as Engineering and Manufacturing, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, and Services. Her accomplishments and dedication have been widely recognized, and in 1991, she was awarded the prestigious ‘Sharda Mukherjee Award’ for Industrial Relations from the Institute of Labour Law and Management. The award was presented by the then Chief Justice of India, Late Mr. Ranganath Mishra, underscoring her significant contributions to the field.

In addition to her impressive career in HR, Monisha’s background includes serving as a faculty member for software courses at BITS and working in the IT department with VST, a subsidiary of the ITC group of companies. She was pivotal in the development of a software application for salary processing using ERP modules, showcasing her multidimensional skillset.

Monisha Basakhetre is not only a seasoned professional but also an avid traveller and a people person. Her extensive business network, cultivated over the years, has enabled her to handle several critical positions for our clients. Beyond her role at Prompt Personnel, she actively participates in conferences and initiatives to further diversify our expertise in the industry. Notably, she has hosted ERA’s annual conference in Mumbai and is associated with TiE, a leading global forum for young entrepreneurs and start-up companies.

Currently, Monisha Basakhetre heads various key functions at Prompt Personnel, including Admin & HR, Employee Relations, and sourcing and selection. Her strategic vision includes plans to develop and expand teams across all our branches, with the ultimate aim of accelerating the company’s growth and maintaining our position as a leader in the HR and staffing industry. Monisha’s extensive experience, leadership, and commitment make her an indispensable asset to Prompt Personnel and a driving force behind our success.

Holding postgraduate degrees in law and personnel management, he has advised both multinational corporations and Indian companies across diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, logistics, and more. His knowledge encompasses talent development, organizational restructuring, and performance management.

Ashok Lad is a seasoned HR expert with over 45 years of experience. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Law, a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management, and a 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from JBIMS.

For the past 19 years, he has been a trusted HR consultant and advisor to multiple MNCs and Indian companies across various sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food processing, Logistics, Homeopathy Medicines, Orthopaedics, and Auto Infrastructure services. His expertise includes implementing HR interventions such as Talent Development, Organization Restructuring, Performance Management Systems, Acquisitions & Mergers, and Compensation Restructuring.

Mr. Lad has also served as a resource person for conducting Assessment Centers, Talent Acquisition & Management, Industrial Relations problem resolution, and ensuring compliance with Labor Legislations. Notably, he has held leadership roles in

organizations such as the National Institute of Personnel Management, where he served as Chairman for 6 years and as General Secretary for another 6 years. Additionally, he shares his knowledge as a visiting faculty member at various Management Institutes, including JBIMS.
