Position :     GM LLC

Qualification : MBA + LLB/MSW/Any Lobour law degree

Gender: – Any (Male Preferable)

Experience: Minimum 15 yrs-20 yrs  in Statutory compliance & Client Service. Must have led the Team Managers & Executives.

Industry: HR Services Companies / Staffing Companies

Functional Area: Senior – Managerial Level

Functional Skills:

  • Excellent Knowledge of Ms Office.
  • Good Knowledge of Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC/PT/MLWF/Bonus / Gratuity/ Maternity Benefit Act / Forms)
  • Good at handling queries of the Clients
  • Need to be well versed with Obtain /Renew / Amend various Licences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Team Management Pan India.
  • Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with all clients, customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaising with required statutory authorities or as required to ensure timely and accurate compliance requirement adherence.
  • Attending & coordinating for Various Labour Court cases pan India for Various clients.
  • Responding and attending to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps or any complaints. Analyse trends in compliance and devise a corresponding action plan.
  • Ensuring appropriate and relevant documentation of all Litigation & Court cases and compliance documents.
  • Managing and addressing any disciplinary issues; cases; relevant case study papers and/or opinions if required).
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  • Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation; Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
  • Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities. File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
  • Serve as a confidential point of contact for Clients / Customers to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities.
  • Consult and coordinate with internal / external attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues and address issues with appropriate resolutions.
  • Ensure Application and obtaining /Amending Various Licenses like Shop & Establishment, CLRA, Trade etc…
  • Ensure all Records, Files, Returns available for the auditors of client.
  • Submit Compliance Report to Respective Stake holders.
